<image:title>Blog - Strong Bones for Life: Why Bone Health Matters Before Menopause</image:title>
<image:caption>Did you know that maximal bone loss in women begins before your periods stop—during perimenopause? Bone health isn’t something that starts in midlife. It begins in our teenage years, when bone starts to mineralize. Bone density peaks between ages 25 and 30, then gradually declines—sharply accelerating from the mid-40s through the 60s. When estrogen levels begin to drop in perimenopause, women transition from losing about 1% of bone mass per year to 2–3% annually. Over just 5–7 years, this can amount to a 15–20% loss in bone density. Before menopause, bone-building (osteoblast) and bone-breaking (osteoclast) cells work in balance, but perimenopause tips the scale toward bone loss.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Lubricants & Moisturizers</image:title>
<image:caption>Vaginal moisturizers and intimate lubricants are two different tools that support comfort and sexual health. Moisturizers are used regularly to hydrate and restore the vaginal tissue over time, much like a facial moisturizer for skin. Lubricants, on the other hand, are used in the moment to reduce friction, enhance comfort, and make intimacy more enjoyable. Both can be used together, depending on your needs.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Genitourinary Syndrome.</image:title>
<image:caption>The genitourinary syndrome includes bothersome vaginal, vulvar (lips of the vagina), and urinary symptoms that can affect quality of life, sexual satisfaction, and even your relationship with your partner. Unlike the official name, Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause, GSM, this constellation of symptoms is not isolated to menopause. Women can experience these symptoms at any point in their life, however, we tend to see bothersome symptoms most frequently in the menopause transition, postnatal, when under medication treatment(s) that suppress vaginal estrogen.</image:caption>
