  • Lucie takes pride in the time and specialized care she provides each patient.

    Insurance plans often severely limit the time a practitioner can spend with a patient and sometimes the type of care; therefore, Elevate Women’s Healthcare, LLC does not participate with in network plans.

    We are a cash-pay, fee for service micro-practice, and are not contracted with any medical insurance companies and are therefore considered "out-of-network."

    Payment is due at the time of service. We accept most major credit cards.

    We do not bill insurance, however as a courtesy, we will provide a “superbill” for you to file with your insurance company.

    The amount of reimbursement will depend on your specific insurance plan and deductible. We do not guarantee reimbursement.

    We encourage you to contact your insurance plan to determine if you will be reimbursed for any of your services.

    However, you can utilize your HSA or FSA account.

  • Yes, many patients choose to use their HSA / FSA for payment of services.

  • Yes! Hormone therapy is greatly individualized and a collaborative approach is used to help discuss all the options you have. Hormones may include: estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and thyroid. I do not offer pellet therapy.

  • The frequency of visits is highly individualized and depends on your specific needs and treatment plan. When starting a new medication, follow-up appointments are typically recommended every 6–12 weeks to monitor progress and adjust dosing until an optimal therapeutic level is reached.

    Once your medication regimen is stable, visits are generally spaced out to every 6 months. Please note that if you are prescribed medication through Lucie, a follow-up medication appointment at least every 6 months is required to ensure safe and effective ongoing care.

  • The pre/postpartum support package includes three 60-minute visits, and timing can be tailored to your individual needs.

    Your first visit is ideally scheduled during the third trimester, before your baby arrives. This allows time to address current concerns and create a plan for late pregnancy and the early postpartum period.

    The second visit is recommended around 2 weeks postpartum, when early recovery, feeding, sleep, and emotional support needs often arise.

    The third visit can be scheduled based on your preferences and evolving needs, typically later in the postpartum period to provide continued support as you adjust to life with your baby.

    Please note: The full package fee of $500 is charged at your first visit. Your second and third visits are included and incur no additional cost. We encourage scheduling these in advance, with the flexibility to reschedule if needed.

  • Yes. We partner with Labcorp / Quest and several local options. You can take the lab order to the lab of your choice whom will bill your insurance directly.

  • I am currently offering Telemedicine appointments for individuals living in Washington State.

  • Due to the specialty nature of our clinic we do not provide primary care or general gynecology services. We recommend you are established with these types of providers for preventative healthcare services outside of Elevate Women’s Healthcare.

  • Did you know that medical providers (MDs, PAs, NPs) receive less than a handful of hours about menopause when in school? This is why it is so important to choose a specialty-trained provider whom is committed to continuing educating themselves in the menopause space.

    Lucie has spent hundreds of hours in continuing education related to menopause from some the the best menopause practitioners in the country. She uses the framework of the Menopause Society, ISSWSH, and NPWH as her guide to bring always share with you the most up to date information available.

  • Elevate Women’s Healthcare, LLC is based in West Seattle, WA. At this time, all visits are strictly via Telehealth. If there is a need for an in-person examination, Lucie can help partner with you and your regional medical care partners to get the services you need.

  • Yes, I am able to see Medicare patients but there is no opportunity for reimbursement for services.
