Menopause and estrogen decline is inevitable. However, suffering through it and dismissing it as a sign of aging is not. There are a lot of things we can do. If we are going to live a third of our lives in menopause, we need to make changes today.

  • These consultations are designed for women seeking expert guidance, clarity, and a deeper understanding of their health—whether navigating midlife changes, a specific diagnosis, or considering treatment options. They are especially valuable for those who want to better understand their symptoms, thoughtfully review prior care, or feel more informed and confident in conversations with their local healthcare providers.

Educational consultations are consultative and informational in nature, grounded in evidence-based medicine, with a focus on personalized insight and clear discussion of risks, benefits, and options.

Educational consults are scheduled for 1 hour in length for a fee of $250

*These visits are non-clinical and educational only. They do not include medical diagnosis, treatment, or the prescribing of medications.

Patient Experience

  • New Patient Visit $250 / 60-90 minutes

Your initial visit is a dedicated 60–90 minutes designed to fully understand you—your story, health history, and personal goals. Lucie approaches this time with thoughtful attention and clinical depth, with a focus on supporting women through all stages of life, including postpartum and midlife transitions.

Care plans are personalized and evolve over time. Follow-up timing is tailored to the individual; however, for those using hormone therapy, visits are commonly scheduled every 6–12 weeks during dose optimization, then spaced to every 6 months once balance is achieved.

  • Follow-up Visit $150 / 30 minute or $250/60 minutes

Follow-up visits provide dedicated time to assess your progress, evaluate response to your current treatment plan, and make nuanced adjustments when appropriate. Lucie carefully reviews symptoms, treatment effectiveness, and any evolving concerns to ensure your care remains aligned with your goals and lived experience.

Depending on the complexity of your care needs, follow-up visits may be scheduled for 30 or 60 minutes to allow for appropriate clinical attention and discussion.

These visits are collaborative, focused, and iterative—offering ongoing guidance and refinement so your care continues to evolve with you over time.

  • Pre/Post-natal Support $500 / 3 visits

Motherhood is a profound transition—one that deserves ongoing care and support, not just a single visit. Lucie offers a series of 3, 60-minute sessions that can be scheduled at your convenience to guide and nurture you through the postpartum period.

Each session is tailored to your unique needs and may focus on:

    * Emotional and mental health support

    * Feeding guidance for you and your newborn

    * Pelvic floor recovery and physical well-being

    * Contraceptive counseling and reproductive health planning

    * Introduction to support networks in your community as a new mother

This series provides a compassionate space to navigate the changes, challenges, and joys of early motherhood—so you feel cared for, informed, and supported every step of the way.

    * The full package fee of $500 is charged at your first visit. Your second and third visits are included and incur no additional cost. We encourage scheduling these in advance, with the flexibility to reschedule if needed.
